Great location near the Grand Bazaar made it easy to explore Istanbul. The rooftop terrace offers amazing views, perfect for breakfast or evening drinks. The staff here went above and beyond, especially Halil, who carried my bags and ensured my comfort throughout my stay. My room felt cozy, with nice amenities like a mini-fridge and kettle. Breakfast had a good variety, but I would have appreciated more vegetarian options. The shower space felt a bit cramped, and I encountered some inconsistent Wi-Fi access, especially in common areas. Still, these did not overshadow the warm hospitality received. I felt right at home during my stay.

niles is in a prime location, just steps from the grand bazaar and close to the tram line. The staff genuinely care. my bags were carried from a block away when my driver couldn't reach the hotel. breakfast is delightful too, with plenty of tasty options.
